Order and Returns Policy
Jilly’s Order & Returns Policy
*Currently United Kingdom. UK mainland deliveries Only, any other orders need to be telephoned to our customer careline, we will despatch manually.
Order Despatch
JIlly’s standard postal and packing charge is £1.75 per order. Orders sent 1st class via Royal Mail.
Orders that are received before 1pm Monday-friday, we will endeavour to despatch same day by 1st Class Delivery.
It is our aim to despatch all orders within 2 - 3 working days of the receipt, again by 1st Class Delivery however, weekend orders will be processed next working day, also delivery may be extended slightly during busy periods or if the order is a customer special request. *
All goods are despatched via Royal Mail first class post and should be received along with your normal postal delivery, in special ‘mail box size’ jiffy bags, no need to sign, but when an order exceeds 250grammes, goods may need to be signed for.
*Should you wish to order a special request, or any goods not currently stocked, or listed on our website please talk to our customer careline, and allow up to approximately 10 working days for delivery, however, our customer careline will update you on product availability via telephone/email.
Jilly’s Lingerie aims to provide 100% satisfaction, however should the goods ordered not meet your exact requirements, we will exchange them, or give you a full refund for the price on your receipt ie. you paid, provided the garments are returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with the labels intact.
Returns.
All returns in respect of goods sold by us, must be received by Jilly’s Lingerie within 14 Days of receiving your order.
To return any goods please post directly to us, with your choice of posting service… this will be at customers own cost (best to allow up to 4 days for postage dependant on service), please ensure you complete and retain a certificate of posting, for your own piece of mind and insurance purposes, until you receive your refund or replacement from us, (please allow up to 10 working days for replacement or refund to be processed).
Faulty Goods
If in the unlikely event the goods appear not to meet Jilly’s Lingerie’s Suppliers manufacturing standards, please do return the goods, (as above) together with a note explaining clearly why you feel the goods are faulty.
Upon receipt, the goods will undergo a thorough examination (and if necessary will be immediately returned to the manufacture for tests). Once the manufacturer’s investigation has been completed we will contact you with the result, either a full refund of the price you paid for the faulty garment or garment replacement or substitute will be forwarded.
Please note, all garments need to follow the manufactures washing and care instructions.
