Which Findings

A recent report, by Which, found that less than a third of the bras sold in Britain’s High Street Stores were a good fit. Following an undercover investigation, 70 High Street shops surveyed, of these non were good enough to recommend!

Which sent ladies aged 25-75 with a DD cup or larger, into stores to buy an everyday bra.  Some more petite ladies were given the same task , and equally inconsistant results were highlighted.

The result varied widely, with little or no expertise displayed, inconsistant sizing and the garments which were reviewed by a panel of experts were deemed a "terrible fit".

The message from the report is if you are going to offer customers service "do it properly, or don’t do at all".  Jilly’s Lingerie is on a mission to do just that…do things properly for ladies!!
